Abstract

National High School, Ormoc City. It identifies the socio- demographic profile of students, the Reading and Writing Performance Level of the students, the degree of applicability of blended learning in developing their English language skills and aims to present the significant difference between the socio- demographic profile and the degree of applicability of blended learning modality in reading and writing. The study selected its respondents using a simple random sampling technique, and statistical treatments such as frequency, percentage, and Chi-square were used. The majority of the respondents were 14 to 15 years old, with a mean reading skill level of 90.705 interpreted as Instructional. The writing performance level, on the other hand, had a mean of 89.9496 described as Acceptable, The Degree of Applicability of Blended Learning in Developing the Students' English Language Skills in Terms of Reading obtained an average mean of 3.28 (Applicable), and the "Degree of Applicability of Blended Learning in Developing the Students' English Language Skills in Terms of Writing" obtained an average mean of 3.29 (Applicable), indicating that the indicators listed were all applicable.
