Article Withdrawal Policy & Charges

Pre-Publication Withdrawal: Authors may withdraw their manuscript within 48 hours of submission without incurring any withdrawal fees.

1st Stage Technical Checking Pre-Publication Withdrawal: For papers that have undergone plagiarism checking and proofreading, there is a withdrawal penalty of $60 if authors seek to withdraw their manuscript after technical checking.

2nd Stage Peer-Reviewed Pre-Publication Withdrawal: Authors must pay a withdrawal penalty if they seek to remove their manuscript after peer review, during the production stage of articles that have been typeset but not yet officially published or online. The fees are as follows:

• Per Article after peer-review: $85
• Per Article after peer-review and typesetting: $90

However, withdrawals are not permitted after publication.
